5) Contact form
Contact Form 7
We use the WordPress plugin Contact Form 7 for our contact form.
When you contact us through the contact form, the information you enter is processed. This may include your name, email address and the content of your message.
We use this information to process your enquiry and respond to any follow-up questions.
Contact Form 7 does not transmit the submitted form data to the plugin developers or to an external service operated by Contact Form 7. The information submitted through the form is sent by email to the email address configured by us. Contact Form 7 does not permanently store contact form submissions in the WordPress database by default. Storage may, however, occur if additional plugins or functions are used.
The legal basis for processing your enquiry is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to process your enquiry and communicate with you.
If your enquiry concerns entering into a contract or relates to an existing contractual relationship, processing may additionally be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The data you provide will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and provided that no statutory retention obligations require further storage.
We generally do not disclose personal data submitted through the contact form to third parties without your consent, unless disclosure is required by law or is necessary to process your enquiry.
